Stop Touching Your Face
Stop touching your face all the time. This is because I like to believe that my hands are clean at all times.
I’m telling you, they probably aren’t, touching door handles, typing on a keyboard, or even just running these things transfer bacteria to your fingers.
So when you touch your face, you take that dirt directly into your pores. Which will cause acne and irritation and you definitely don’t want that.
Make sure your hands are clean at all times, and if you think they aren’t, just don’t touch your face until you’ve washed your hands with a good soap.
But ideally, you don’t want to touch your face at all. So keep that in mind the next time you’re rubbing your face during the day for no reason.

Don’t Pop Zits
Definitely don’t touch your face for the zit to pop. This is a big No for everyone guys. I know it sucks to have a pimple right in the middle of your forehead or at the tip of your nose. But touching it won’t make it go away and will probably make it worse. This will turn it red.
It’s probably gonna cause some type of inflammation. So don’t pop that pimple. If you are really going to do it, think about it again and if you are really stubborn and you have to do it, at least wash your hands before doing it and maybe use a clean tissue.
So that you don’t touch your skin, but like I said it’s not gonna make it go away. So why not let it go through all its phases till it dies, that way it will not leave any marks on your face.
Wash Your Face With Moisture
You need to make sure that you are washing and moisturizing your face every day. It’s the kind of thing that a lot of people still think they don’t have to do, but let me tell you, you have to pay attention to it.
There is so much dirt on the face throughout the day. If you think about it, that is absolutely fine as well as the skin on our face is very different from the skin on the rest of our body.
Hence there is a difference between face wash and body wash. The skin on our face is usually very sensitive. So if you use a bar of soap it’s going to be terrible. If you use body wash it will probably dry out your face and leave it red and you don’t want that, I know you want clear skin.
You have to wash your face twice a day once in the morning after you wake up and once at night before you go to bed.
How Often To Wash Pillowcase?
Sleep on a clean Pillowcase. Something that really helped me personally was making so that every night I had a nice clean pillowcase. We sweat at night, I know, I sweat a lot at night.
So you know what all that sweat is all those oils going straight into your pillow and making it dirty. Then the next night you’re just putting your face in it and that’s not a good look.
So ideally what you want to do, is you want to wash your pillowcases at least once a week, to make sure you’re not literally putting your face in the dirt at night. It’s a simple way to keep your face clean while you sleep so you’re not causing more acne without realizing it.
Guys, if your pillowcase is like a thousand years old, maybe it’s time to get a new one. Get something new and fresh and trust me, a new pillowcase will change your life and give you soft, clear skin the next morning. It’s so comfortable and so soft I want to go to bed anytime.
Drink Lots Of Water For Skin Glow
Drink a lot of water, apart from this there are many other benefits. Of course drinking lots of water will make your skin look and feel so much better.
Because it needs to hydrate and if your whole body is dry, your face will definitely show more wrinkles. It’s going to be dry, itchy and your skin is going to be flaky which you don’t want, you want clear skin.
I try to drink as much water as possible throughout the day to stay hydrated and trust me you just won’t see a difference in your skin. Your whole body is going to feel this different. So try to always keep a water bottle with you, as it will help.
Watch Your Stress Level
Watch your stress level. Just breathe because stress actually causes hormonal imbalances leading to breakouts. I realize there’s not much you can do if you know that a stressful situation can lead to a strained relationship or you may have a tense boss or maybe it’s a family issue.
But try going for a walk to clear your head. You know or maybe go to the gym to get rid of that stress. Stress is not good for anyone. So even if you are not doing it for your skin, it is important that you try to manage your stress.
Try to go out and talk to your friends, enjoy life a little bit more because it will not only make your skin look better but also you are going to feel like a brand new person.
