These Mistakes are killing your Gains!

A good workout result nothing if your diet is not proper. What do I mean by proper diet? sufficient amount of macros ( protein, carb, fat ) and micros ( vitamins, minerals, etc).

Improper Diet

Rest between your sets should not be more than 90 seconds to increase hypertrophy. But if you're training for strength, you should take longer rests ( 2 to 5 min).

Long rests

Inconsistency is the reason many fail at bodybuilding. You need to do consistent efforts towards your goal for an extended period of time in order to achieve a better physique.

Inconsistency

You don't need to hit the gym twice a day if you're a beginner or intermediate. Over-training your muscles may result in muscle loss or injuries.

Over-Training

It is scientifically proven that lifting heavy weight results in faster muscle growth. Not lifting heavy can also be the reason for no muscle growth.
