In simple words, eat more. Calculate your daily maintenance calories. Try to at least 400 more calories every day.
Eat calorie-dense food. Like dry fruits, nuts, peanut butter, etc. Really good source of healthy fats and full of calories.
Be consistent and patient. Do not skip meals. Try to eat 400-500 more calories every day consistently. Avoid Junk food.
